Ravenna is a village of Muskegon County, Michigan. The population is 1,238, and the township of Ravenna is where the village is located.
The district is located in Muskegon County’s far southeast corner. There are two elementary schools, Beechnau and St. Catherines, a private school, one middle school, and one high school in this small rural district. They are also the district of record for the North East Education Center in Muskegon, which serves emotionally disturbed students from most of Muskegon County’s schools.

Public Education In Ravenna

Ravenna Public Schools is responsible for public elementary and secondary education. Beechnau Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through fourth grade. Ravenna Middle School serves students in grades five through eight, and Ravenna High School serves students in grades nine through twelve.

Both the middle and high schools are on campus just north of the village limits, including a football stadium, track, athletic fields, and the district bus garage.
