Most animals carry diseases that can be harmful - even or fatal - to humans. Among the diseases animals carry are:

Histoplasmosis: Symptoms vary greatly, but primarily affects the lungs. Other organs can be affected; it can be fatal if untreated.

Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome (HPS): This rare, yet potentially deadly disease is transmitted by infected rodents through urine, droppings, or saliva. Humans can contract the disease when they breathe in the aerosolized virus. Rodent control in and around the home remains the primary strategy for preventing HPS infection.

Roundworm: The raccoon roundworm is increasingly recognized as a cause of serious or fatal larva migrans disease in humans and animals. Studies show roundworm eggs were found in over 44% of tested raccoon fecal material.

The Best Way Animal Removal team delivers excellent customer service and industry know-how at a competitive price. We take as much time as needed to make you fully aware of and comfortable with the process to be used. We believe in putting honesty and integrity first.

Does Best Way Animal Removal conduct inspections?

Yes, inspections are part of the initial service fee and critical to a comprehensive nuisance animal control strategy. Our service includes removing the offending animal, locating entry points, and closing those spots to prevent re-entry.

What's your price structure?

Our pricing saves you money. Unlike the rest of the industry, we don't charge per single animal removal. On our first visit, we charge an annual fee covering an inspection and trap setting. Additional charges are on a per-catch-day basis.

Why does this matter? Most people believe they have one nuisance animal when, in fact, they have many. We charge the same low price whether we catch one, five, or more animals on any given day - no matter how many species are involved.

We set multiple traps per location and, if possible, use traps that catch more than one animal at a time. On days we catch nothing, there's no charge. If we return later in the year - even for a different animal - your annual fee is still good.

Let's say you hire us to catch moles, after a few weeks, there's no more damage and no more moles are caught, mutually, we decide the problem is solved and remove the traps.

Should animal issues arise the rest of the year, we'll reassess the problem and set more traps at no charge. The only charges would be on catch days - and they're the same, whether we catch a raccoon, or a raccoon and two moles and a bat.

What happens to the animals you catch?

In most cases, animals are relocated. When relocation is neither practical nor allowed by state or local laws, we euthanize them. We follow humane euthanizing techniques recommended by the American Veterinary Association.

Can you treat odors left by wildlife?

We'll make your living and working spaces habitable again with effective odor control solutions to combat the smell of dead animals, urine, and fecal matter.
